4.0 quake in southern zone

The Laboratorio de Ingenieria Sismica reported early today that a 4.0 magnitude earthquake took place at 2:36 a.m. in th southern zone. The Universidad de Costa Rica agency said that the epicenter was estimated to be 5.4 kilometers southwest  of  Rio Claro  de Guaycara, Golfito. The Laboratorio said that the quake was felt strongest in Golfito, Corredores, San Vito and Ciudad Neily.
