Agency Web site contains maps of most of nation’s bus routes

The nation’s public service regulator now has about 80 percent of the nation’s bus routes on its Web site.

The routes have been checked by geolocational devices and overlaid on a basic map.

The menu is intelligent. When a reporter entered the term Quepos, the Web site responded with a list of possible bus route numbers in that area. With another click the route appeared.

The agency, the  Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos, also has an application on an adjacent Web page that provides fares for bus and train service.

The Web site is HERE!
