Things went from bad to worse

Thursday went badly for a man in  Paso Ancho with the last name of  Sevilla.

Another man riding double on a motorcycle tried to shoot him but ended up just hitting his ear.  Sevilla. sought refuge in the nearby Paso Ancho police station a short distance away.

Police were able to spot his pursuer, later identified by the last name of Solano, and watched him as he threw his firearm into a nearby lot. He was detained. The other motorcyclists fled, said police.

But there was more bad luck in store for the victim. Police found out that  Sevilla was the subject of a warrant for attempted murder.  He also had a quantity of money in the vehicle that police confiscated.
