Four fishermen adrift in Pacific rescued

The Servicio Nacional de Guardacostas has rescued four fishermen from Panamá who had been adrift in the Pacific for more than a month.

The rescue took place some 280 nautical miles west of Cabo Blanco. The boat is the Antares III.

The coast guard said the fishing boat suffered some type of mechanical failure and the crew was adrift for 33 days.
