Dramatic work will test language

Here’s a real test for expats who are proud of their abilities in the Spanish language.

The Teatro Nacional is presenting the Spanish version of “Waiting for Godot” May 21, a Friday, and May 23, a Sunday.

The Samuel Becket play is of two acts. The absurdist tragicomedy is hard to follow in English as is the situation. The play was written in French.

The actors are Oscar Castillo, Luis Fernando Gómez León and Rodrigo Durán Bunster, who are well known in Costa Rica dramatic circles. Gómez also is the director.
