Another taxi protest against Uber

Licensed taxi drivers say they plan another protest Thursday afternoon against the unlicensed Uber.

The target of the protest will be Casa Presidencial, although there might be problems generated by the taxi drivers elsewhere in the Central Valley.

The U.S. firm Uber has enrolled individuals with private vehicles to haul passengers on contract. Uber is using the Internet to assign drivers.  The licensed drivers want the executive branch to crack down, something Casa Presidencial seems hesitant to do.
