History buffs, scholars and expats have a chance to learn about the country’s 25 museums May 17 and 18.
The exposition is being put on by the Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud and the Consejo Internacional de Museos at the Casa del Cuño, the two-story glass showplace behind the Antigua Aduana on Calle 23.
The time both days is from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and admission is free.
The exhibition coincides with the International Day of Museums May 18. The culture ministry laments in the announcement that Costa Ricans are not big museum goers. And the expo is a promotional event to change that.
