Search system improved for archives
By the A.M. Costa Rica staff

Readers who conduct searches of A.M. Costa Rica content now have a better system.
Because back editions are archived as a single page, some readers have had trouble finding the news story or photo that they sought even though they knew the date.

Now five years of news stories and photos have been added to the search system from A.M. Costa Rica Archives, a site that provides unique identification to all local news stories.

A consolidated search provides results from the archive Web site and also from the 15 years of archived pages on A.M. Costa Rica.
